Every citizen should be able to use their eID independently. We target WCAG 2.1 level AA across the whole platform.

Language options
The platform is offered in English, with Dutch planned for the live release.
Report a barrier
If something on the platform is hard or impossible to use, tell us what you were trying to do and which assistive technology you use. We aim to respond within two business days, and staff at the Public Service Centers can complete any step on your behalf in the meantime.
